Do you believe that abundance is a state of mind?
A choice that we make to appreciate what we have and to recognize that there is more than enough (an overflowing amount, in fact) for everyone.
I do.
My deepest desire is to live a life full of abundance, and yet I recently noticed that I was curbing my ability to experience abundance and even shooing it away.
Stick with me now. This message is important.
As a society, we value helping others and doing what we can to be generous, but oftentimes there’s a stigma around receiving.
We see it as selfless and honorable to give but greedy and superficial to receive. Especially when it comes to money.
Here’s the truth.
If we desire abundance, we must become as comfortable with receiving as we are with giving.
Money, love, time, energy, it doesn’t matter. To receive openly and expectantly is to recognize that there is an endless supply for everyone.
When you open up and truly receive what others have to give you (whether it’s a compliment, unexpected or expected money, gifts, love, etc.), you’re not taking so that others receive less.
What you’re doing, in fact, is honoring the Law of Abundance, and you’re signaling to the universe that there is more than enough to go around.
PS: Do you see yourself as quietly ambitious and sensitive? Does your introversion or sensitivity sometimes get in the way of being visible and sharing your message? If so, there’s a community for you.
It’s called Quietly Ambitious & Aligned, and it’s geared to sensitive people who balance drive with heart. Its purpose is to inspire you to step into your power and integrate all parts of yourself. If this is you, come join us there! You won’t regret it.
